BAD SERVICE

Good day HelloPeter My name is Vusi Masilela I have submitted a warranty claim for a damaged engine, which was caused by the water pump that seized to function. But the warranty decided only to pay for overheating instead of paying the entire claim which the caused is above-mentioned. I have recordings of a representative saying that this type of breakdown is fully covered. Please help me.
