Wrong diagnosis

I once took my car for inspection as I suspected that it has something to do with the gearbox. Took the car in and they came back saying it’s the clutch, ok fair and well. The quote came to 30k and my warranty covered only 5k for a clutch kit. I then decided to take the car to a different mechanic and when he did the diagnostic test, the car wanted to be reprogrammed and now the car drives like it didn’t have any of the problems. My service advisor was Chanel Naidoo and she did her utmost best to give me the service, but my only concern is the technician that worked on the car. He has no idea on what his doing cause I was going to pay VW the Glen 30k for nothing. It would be nice if I could get my diagnosis money back cause honestly I paid VW the Glen for nothing
