DONT BUY VW
Dont buy a pre owned car from this dealership, my wife purchased a Vw taigo from them in december 2025, fuel related issues started in January 2026, misfiring, epc light, engine light, lack of power, took the car back every month to date, problem still persists, Suren bhoodoo, the dealer principal states that Vwsa has confirmed that the issue is fuel related (external) and they are not liable for any repairs . so according to Suren Bhoodoo, you buy a pre owned already acknowledged by vw a defective vehicle at your your own risk, vwsa will not be laible any repairs. So when you purchase a vehicle, there isnt a disclaimer, only when you come back with an issue, you are referred to the memo. According to the service manager its an on going issue,numerous vehicles had to be repaired. In fact dont buy Vw, as this is only vw related according to my research and contact with numerous other brands, no other car brand has heard of this issue. Worst you on your own.

VW THE GLEN HAS NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS
Extremely disappointed in the Service i have received most recently from VW the Glen. A new Sales advisor Keith Naidoo was assisting me with an Evaluation for a trade in on the 19th of March , 4 days have passed with no communication on the OUTcome. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Serious disregard for Customers.
