VW The Glen - Pathetic service

I am very disgusted at the lack of professionalism from VW The Glen.

I am currently going through a divorce with my wife and my wife had me arrested. Whilst being in custody, my UBER driver was hijacked in Centurion area with the 2020 VW Caddy 1.6i (which is in my name). Matrix recovered the vehicle and it was taken to Olivenhout Police Station. My soon to be ex wife took it upon herself to go through without my consent to collect the vehicle. She works for VW The Glen and had the car taken there which she advised my dad that the ignition and airbag needs to be repaired, which he agreed to.

She then contacted my parents sending them the invoice along with a message saying "Can't take it home until the payment is done. Have to leave it at work. U will tell me what else to fix by me".

Today my friend and dad went to pay the R8291,50 and collect the car, but it seems that VW the glen has more time to be involved in personal matters rather than doing what's right.

They ended up speaking to Suren the VP of the branch, but had no help as they say they don't want get involved but they now want to charge me for storage yet they are choosing not to release the vehicle.

Its sad cause y'all don't even know the real situation !!!
