VW The Glen

I am so disappointed in VW The Glen. i only use them because of it is closes to my home. I experienced multiple issues with my VW T-Cross comfort line from losing power to now my stop and start function that is not working, further to pain the service I am getting when servicing my car regularly by VW The Glen, usually they don't have parts in-stock, so when you service your car you have to wait until they receive parts which can be days. Then they never have loan cars, I do notice/suspect that the staff members are driving these cars that is why there is no loan vehicles. They phone me at the end of the day every time and say that they will be keeping my car and i have to make alternative arrangements to find another car. I wish that VW who is suppose to be the people's car can improve their service by putting their clients first and making a plan for such cases as this is a big company and brand.
