UNHAPPY CLIENT

I took the car for service at 7:30 this morning, I asked if I could wait for it, but the lady said since I complained about the window it will take long they will take me home and pick me up once the car is ready. She asked what time will I need the car. I said between 12noon and 1pm. At 13: 36 she calls me told me that the car is ready she is waiting for the driver who is picking up something in Alberton. She told me the driver will pick me up a little after 1pm. At 13:49 I called her she told she is sorry they only have two drivers, one is in Pretoria and one is coming back from Soweto. I mustn't worry the driver said he will be back shortly. I told her I am already late for picking up the kid from school. She told me not to worry the driver will be at my place shortly. She apologised for the inconvenience. Can you believe that right now its 14:56 the driver is now where to be seen. When I call her I'm told she is not available. I am very upset and very disappointed. This is my first experience with this dealership and I am not impressed at all.
