They are always looping for loop holes to charge a customer

My alarm kept going off so I took my car to VW the glen where I bought it and they found that the problem was the wires which were apparently damaged by the rats so with my car still under warranty I thought I would be assisted but instead I was charged about R3000+ as they are saying its my fault.
