Terrible Service

I contacted VW the Glen on 28 March at 12pm to speak to a service advisor but they were not available as i need a quote for a service. I was asked to leave my name and contact details for them to call me back but sadly nobody called.

I called again at 4pm and same response.

i called again on the 30 March but nobody was available to take my call so i left my details once again. At 4pm on the same day i called again and still nobody was available . . . . What a Circus
