MASTERFARCE - NOT MASTERCARS! - VW THE GLEN DISHONEST

I recently bought VW Caddy from Mastercars at VW The Glen (JHB South). The adverti*****t confirmed a Full Service Record (FSR). The car was paid for in cash - I later noticed that service book was incomplete - not filled in and not stamped..... VW Potchefstroom checked the system and confirmed that the 15K, 30K, and 45K services were done. The 60K service was NOT done and the 75K service was done at 75 423kms. Another service was done (only 2066 km later) at 77 489km. As this is a 2lt TDi, adherence to service intervals are important - if not then VW will not prescribe them as is. The Glen VW maintains that the 60 000 km service was done, albeit at 75423 kms! VW The Glen maintains that the 60 000 km service was done - even though it was 15 423 late! VW SA is too lame take take a stand and opted for a neutral position There is obviously NO integrity involved at either VWSA or The Glen VW - "a fish rots from it's head..." I will also resort to other social media to ensure as mush potential customers as possible are aware of integrity problems at this dealership......
