Worst service EVER!!!!

The most useless, dishonest law firm around. Constant harassment. Accessed their “Swordfish” and was given a settlement figure. Paid it. Whatsapped Analise repeatedly, including proof of payment, no response. At the beginning of August, after no record of my payment existed, my settlement figure was suddenly half of what I paid!!!! Yet still being harassed, still no paid up letter, and after hundreds of WhatsApps, still no reply from the ghostly Analise. This law firm is a joke. Most dishonest and shocking service ever. Time to get my own lawyer!
