Worst Service ever
I have been paying off two accounts and only recently learned that they are charging an exorbitant amount on interest charges. I contacted the NCR who wants more details on this account. When i call in i get through to Patricia and she advises that i must speak to Titus. I can never get through to him. Nobody is responding to emails either. This is disgusting service.
