WORST FIRM NO RESPONSE - CREDIT PROFILE AFFECTED FOR A R254.00

So after harrassing me for months on end about a FNB account they first refused to amend the balance after I had made numerous payments the balance was still the same as of the date of handover then I settled in December 2022 to date that account still reflects as unpaid on my credit profile I don't know why businesses like banks and other institutions take their business to these people because they don't have any ethic cause now that I have paid this up no and asking that they update my information with the credit bureaus no one is responding to my emails.
