Worst debt collector

The harras you then give you an amount to pay when you pay it your name does not get removed from. Itc. When you contact fnb they say you short paid. Now I get calls and sms to say that you must pay another account with them. If you phone them they say you lie they did not contact you. They are the worst debt collectors ever I will be contacting fnb to.let them know.
