Worst Company EVER

These people are completely useless and ***********. My account was with them and then withdrawn. Unfortunately they didn't think to inform me of the fact so as I did every month. I made my monthly payment to them.

They refuse to refund me the payment or pay it over to the company who withdrew my account from them. I've traced the payment directly to them MULTIPLE times and they refuse to acknowledge it. I've sent them the proof thereof MULTIPLE times.

They keep hammering on the fact that my account is no longer with them, which I am aware of now. That doesn't change the fact that they are sitting with MY money that they haven't refunded. To get ahold of these people is impossible. They simply ignore you or respond saying the account is no longer with them. That doesn't change the fact that a payment was made to them. I've sent numerous WhatsApp messages, which they just ignore. I've sent emails to their useless complaints department but no one actually reads anything they just respond saying that the account is no longer with them. I've never seen such incompetence in my life. I don't understand how big companies can even work with these people. I will not simply write off this money as it seems like the expect me to do.
