Was handed over by FNB to Groenewald Lubbe in 2015 I ask in October 2018 for statement this was the statement amount Hand-over Balance R 23 901.03 Interest R 3 165.36 Legal Fees (excl. VAT) R 2 958.00 VAT R 416.58 Payments Received (R 24 000.00) Adjustments R 0.00 Outstanding Balance R 6 440.97 May 2018 and October 2018 I miss a payment only to up my repayments with R 400 to make sure i can catch up what I did not pay in May 2018 and October 2018 I pay November, December,January,February R 1100 per month = R 4400 so I only have to pay R 2040.97 I did get a new statement again in February Hand-over Balance R 23 901.03 Interest R 6 083.70 Legal Fees (excl. VAT) R 3 203.00 VAT R 453.03 Payments Received (R 28 400.00) Adjustments R 0.00 Outstanding Balance R 5 240.76 So they add R 3 203.00 Theo and Watson, Keenan is the ones handling my account
