Violation of council for debt collectors regulations

There is a debt collection agency named GL Attorneys ****ming people and pretending to work on behalf of several banks in South Africa. This agency goes around violating the code of conduct stipulated in the council for debt collectors. They ask people to confirm their ID numbers, they threaten people with legal actions, and they can't even provide you with a written agreement or the details of the debt. All they do is harass people with so many threatening calls all day and after hours.
