Violation of clients right

GL attorneys keep disappointing me with their poor service. Been making monthly payment to the account handed over to them and only realising that, the same account is also with another collection agency of which both refuse to cancel from their side. I'm basically paying one account through 2 different agencies that only think about them making more while it affects me the client, and wasting my money which I could be paying extra to finish the debt. Now I'm simply requesting a mere statement to send to the council, I'm report both agencies but this one refuses to send me statement which violates my right as client.can I be assisted
