Very disappointed!
I made an arrangement with the bank to pay off the debt. This morning I received an sms stating that they could not reach me (utterly untrue) and I will be served! Like seriously. I received a phone call a few weeks ago. The gentleman asked me how I pay. I confirmed that I pay with the bank. And he said okay not a problem he will note it. I am not a happy camper at this stage!
