Very Bad Treatments from Mr Kenneth Marks

I am very dissapointed in the way some of the consultants at your company treat clients. A day or two ago i sent an email to Mr Kenneth Marks-Ref Nr- DRR2810 informing him that i am still waiting for money to settle the account and apologised for the delay, and that i will settle it as soon as possible.Instead of appreciating that i am at least taking the intiative of contacting them and keeping them abreast of my financial situation, he told me that the company will be proceeding to take legal action against me. The following day i get an sms stating that "we have referred your account for summons and we are preparing your file for judgement in the interim". I know that i owe you money, but there is no need to be so harsh towards consumers. I m very disappointed.
