Useless Service

This company is quick when coming to collections but after settling everything they just ditch u like a peace of *******. I have been requesting a paid up letter from for the past two weeks and have been promised over and over again that it will be sent. Appearently my account is handled by Malrick. Tired of empty promises. Is it that difficult just to fordward an attachment?
