Useless... Just useless
<p>No response from the manager - Caylin and constantly harassed by Beverly Overmeyer as early as 7.20am as they can not follow instructions from FNB. Threatening smses and emails. I give up</p>

We confirm the incident has been investigated and the necessary steps taken to avoid a repeat of your experience. All phone calls made to and from our offices are recorded; both the system notes and telephone recordings have accordingly been reviewed and training provided to ensure such conduct is not repeated.
