Update my ITC profile!!!!!!!!

In October last year I settled my African Bank credit card that was handed to GL attorneys, got the pop and paid up letter that account is settled, but ITC was never updated til this day. I’m bouncing like a tennis ball between these 2 for them up update the ITC records, account still says ‘arrears’ none of them can assist!!!!!
