My African Bank loan account was handed to GLA, i made contact with them and spend close to a hour on the ph speaking to diffetent consultants who even gave me different amounts and referance numbers. Totally confused i phoned again, eneded up speaking to aextremely friendly consultant named Jose. Who gave me a total amount of R3444 as settlement balance. He even gave me his email address and was very assuring. However now im back to dealing with a company who keeps giving you different amounts. I made a payment however the amont due did not even change or decrease!? All i ask if a email stating a settlement bill, soi can make the full. Amount outstanding payment to ensure the account is close. Also i emailed jose. And he did not even bother to reply, just awesome communication skills...can i please have correspondance from. A individual who is able to give me the total amount due, explain to me why the total has not change since payment made, confirm this payment. And then once full settlement amount receive send me qclearance letter stating account is paid and close. Not much just someone who is able to answer questions without lying or guessing. So that i can pay this account
