Unprofessional, ******** and Confused

This is now my second complaint against GL Attorneys. After my first complaint, Kekeletso Ramone, sent me an email stating that my account has been settled and is now closed. However, after that communication, I received emails and SMS's stating that I owe more money and confirmed a Debit Order that I did not confirm. This is *******. I contacted GL Attorneys, ( I still cannot get a hold of Jeanette Peterson) only to speak to an extremely rude consultant by the name of Grace who was not only rude but confused and very unprofessional. I am not sure if she confirmed or not, but it sounded as though there was an ******** debit order that was in place. Please contact me urgently to address this issue, my reference number is DLS 227208
