Unprofessional staff - bridget
Hi, this morning i received a call from BridgetteS at groenewald lubbe inc. She started the conversation rude and uncalled . i am sure that the call was recorded. Can someone from management resolve her inhuman ways. i repeatedly tried to stop her in the conversation but she kept on with her rude ways. i specifically told her that it is not what she is saying , but she should say it. Then she gave me attitude when i asked her for her company details . unsatisfied with her rude ways.

Although considerable time and effort are spent by our firm to ensure contact with an employee of Groenewald Lubbe Inc is both a pleasant and professional experience, through training and implementation of conduct rules, the assistance received, or lack thereof, from the employee in question is unacceptable. We confirm the complaint will be investigated and the necessary steps taken to avoid a repeat of your experience. All phone calls made to and from our offices are recorded; both the system notes and telephone recordings will accordingly be reviewed and training provided to ensure such conduct is not repeated.
