Unprofessional service!!!!

Seems that many of the reviews ares similar and in my case too.

Also been handed over by FNB for an outstanding debt. I, however, had settled the debt with another FNB accredited attorney - an early settlement discount offer. I paid and got my closure letter. Now the settlement discount I received seems to not have been cleared and handed over to Groenewald Lubbe. 2 Months after settling I get a request to repay this amount. I query it with them via a phone call and send them all my settlement documentation via email. 3 Days later someone else contacts me to settle - give them the whole story and send them the same documentation. Few days later another person - same story....another few days later another person and the same story but this time I am frustrated and they now know I am. Still no feedback via phone call, not one response to my emails and no resolution from their WhatsApp chats! I even left a mesage on their Web site query facility with no response! This is very unprofessional and I wish FNB would refrain from using such *********** firms. I'm trying my utmost to find out what is going on - not knowing if anything is being done, if my credit rating is being affected, etc! I just wish I could speak to someone higher up but there is no way to contact anyone other than their *********** help desk!!!!
