Unprofessional Bullies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Roseline sent a SMS to my father in law. He is 73 and in poor health. In the SMS she accused and threatened him. When he called her she threatened and bul**** him. I then contacted the company and told them they had the wrong person. They have not offered any kind of explanation or apology. Instead they sent my communication with them to the correct person who has now made contact with me. I demand an apology to my father in law. I expect a detailed explanation as to how they connected my father in law with the dept which has not been paid and I want a reason for them giving my contact details to MR B Keet. Their bullying, false accusations and threats are unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
