Unprofessional Behaviour - Staff dropping calls on people

Receiving SPAM calls from GL Attorneys, I previously gave them my ID number to check their system, and they confirmed I am not the person they are looking for. I requested that they remove my number, however the calls keep coming, I also sent an email with the same request to remove my number. This morning, another call from them, while I was speaking to Patricia, and advising I will provide her with my ID number, but they have the wrong person, she dropped the phone in my ear!

Patricia is the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I ever spoke to and working in a call center myself, if one of my staff members dropped a call on the person they called, disciplinary action would follow. You are bringing the name of your company into disrepute.

I hope this matter is looked into and dealt with accordingly and that one day someone more professional and competent would actually be able to remove my number from your system and stop calling me. I don't owe Nedbank any money, I never even had an account or anything with them.
