Unprofessional and threatening communication

Pathetic unprofessional company, sending me threatening emails & sms's on a matter in progress that have been raised years back with the bank. Contact the telephone number supp**** on numerous times no response , the one time I eventually get a response the line get cut followed up by a threatening email soon after the line got cut
