Unprofessional and terrible to deal with!

This company contacted me to make a payment arrangement, which I have done. They then advised that I should accept a debit order mandate, which I did through my bank. So assume there's no issues, right?

Wrong. I receive an average of 3-4 vague auto-generated emails every day asking me to make payment. I have rep**** to these emails and receive one-liner replies which aren't helpful in the least.

Upon contacting their call centre, the agent was unable to understand the issue nor provide a suitable resolution, indicating that the onus is on me to resolve with my bank. Their poor service and communication is extremely frustrating, having received attitude from the agent and then the (supposed) manager who decided to give me a piece of his mind, assess my character (patronisingly), speak over me and proceeded to put the phone down on me.

The entire experience was antagonising and frutrating. Hope to never hear from these *********** agents!
