Unprofessional

I have paid up the account with you guys in January and still now it has not been updated on the credit record. The past 3 month it was not closed but they updated a half of the money paid of which I was given a discount. Now when I check it shows a full balance on the report . It's like I never paid it. May you kindly please update you record as it's affecting my credit score and I am struggling to apply some of the things because of it. May I kindly get a paid up letter that also show when the account was settled or get to update my record as soon as possible . I have a new job pending due to this record
