According to them My account was handed over with a balance of R10800.00, with there interest the balance amounted to R29888.00. They are not allowed as a debt collector to charge more then 100% interest. this is what the act says. as a collector your sole purpose is to help rehabilitate the individual not drown him and make 300% profit. I will be handing both them and FNB over to the Ombudsman for banking services. I have maybe paid these attorneys twice of which i noticed they keep the money somewhere probably in an account with a higher interest rate and after 30 days make that payment only. So for the past 5years I have been paying the money directly into my credit card account. So Attorneys I dont have anybusiness with you, stay away from me please and stop harrassing me. Go away
