My Direct Axis Account was handed over to Groenewald and Lubbe, i have been paying them for a year now. After the first 6 months of paying i requested a statement, to my surprise there was 10% interest added every month to my account. Like for instance Jan 2019 on the 30 Jan 2019 R 222.74 the on 31 Jan 2019 - 10% interest R7.40, then again 06 Feb 2019 R 49.50. I started quirying the 10% interest from 2018. Mornay Harris from Groenewald and Lubbe`s first response was, that its 10% interest if i dont pay, I then pointed out, it there every month that i pay. Then she responded "10% interest add every month was per the client (Direct Axis) instruction. So i asked for this instruction. Needles to say 5 Months later still have not received this agreement between Their "Client"and Groenewald and Lubbe. Today, the 7th of Feb 2019 i deceided i have had enough, i asked Mornay Harris again to clarify why are they adding 10% interest to my acount, again Mornay Harris confirmed , " this is what Direct Axis wants. So, i phoned Direct Axis, spoke to their legal department, and quess what, the 10% interest they have been adding to my account has nothing to do with Direct Axis. But yet Mornay Harris for Groenewald and Lubbe confirm over and over again, that the instruction comes from Direct Axis. Groenewald and Lubbe lies, and cheats people. I have no problem in paying the debt, but really lying?? DAG1324
