Uneithical practice.........charges with no explanation

<div>I have never had such a bad experience from any company as i have had here. I got a call 10 months ago to make arrangements to pay off my FNB outstanding loan. I did not work for eight months so knew i would be handed over for collection. My debt was handed over for R8054.38, my outstanding balance. I made an arrangement to pay R400.00 a month. I started getting email harrasments daily as they wanted me to increase it so i did to R500.00 a month. I received a email from Leareil Williams (the guy i have been dealing with) offering me a 30% discount and to pay over 3,69,9 or 12 months. On receiving this email i responded straight away as i thought i could settle this debt and get it out the way. I got no response. I sent at least 5 other emails after that, with no response. I then sent him another one asking what my outstanding balance was. On this one i got a reply. Now, my debt was R8054.00 to date paid R5000.00, my maths tells me I owe R3054.00. My statement i received showed R7440.00. I flipped and phoned him. The most arrogant living human i have ever had to deal with. Told me he does not know why my account has "BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS" on it i must phone FNB. So i did...........the person i spoke to the Thulani.........more arrogant than Leareil. Thulani tells me that those charges is the balance of my account i have not been paying. I told him i am paying Groenewalt Lubbe how can i pay you too. His reply was.....I should have continued paying FNB as well. Sorry but i am totally lost here. I returned my debit order this month as i was not getting any response from Leareil and what Thulani told me just did not make sense. This am i got a phone call from Leareil(as i knew i would because i returned my debit order) telling me Legal action will be taken because i returned my debit order. When i asked him about the 30% trying to get this debit sorted he said that was only for a short period and that period has lapst. Ok so why have you not responded to my email. I reply the minute i received it. His reply was he has never received a email. Oh..."he says"...here they are in my SPAM BOX..........I should know they will go there as i deal with email......why did I not phone him and tell him to check his SPAM BOX for my emails I am not getting a response on..........REALLY ...MY DUTY . So i now have to pay R7646.59 without a 33% charge(which is their interest charges above FNB) total been R10169.96. My intial loan was R10000.00. I paid this loan for 2 years prior to me loosing my job. I have paid R4000.00 now to these people and i still owe R10169.96. At this rate i will never pay this loan off........They just keep changing the goal post and ask me they are just taking people for a ride. As far as i am concerned now they can go hop BUT threating LEGAL ACTION.......what do i do!!</div>
