How can you post on ITC that a Judgement has been issued against someone if none exists. Obtain a summons on one number and when a service by sheriff is rendered that the person don't love there you go and have another summons issued with a different number that is attached by the sheriff at the door of where the sheriff was informed that the person don't live there.
