unauthorized debit orders

I have 2 paid up FNB accounts that GL Attorneys have issued paid up letters for, the debiit orders are still going of even after numerous requests to have these canceled, in writing. It really is fradulent to continue debiting bank accounts when the account is closed and I am still not clear about the refunds on these funds they keep debiting.
