tired of being threatened

I have read all the comments and not seen one good one and I know and understand why. Majority of the staff are helpful and kind but you get the one that thinks they have the right to harass threaten and just damn ugly. They claim to send Sherriff to your door They threaten you with legal action even though you are paying not as much as they would like but being a pensioner I cannot pay what they want but have a payment plan in place. Then along comes Mr clever insisting you pay way more than you can afford or else they will take legal action. I think the one hand forgets to communicate with the other hence the overlap of every tom **** and harry sending you threatening sms. I think their problem lies in too many staff not even work.
