These people are unprofessional

I was in an accident more than 2 years ago. The ambulance took me to the closest hospital - Montana. We arrived at about 7pm that evening and left at about 1am the next morning because the doctor's just didn't seem to care about their patients. the people at the hospital used the incorrect code for my medical aid and therefore the medical aid did not pay. We asked them numerous times to fix it. Now more than 2 years later GLA sends sms's almost daily about this \outstanding balance". I phoned on Monday and was holding on for more than 10 minutes. It is difficuilt to phone at work. I emailed the contact us person and got a responsse from Roxette asking for my details. I sent it to her immediately. I also sent a complaint to Caroline about the situation. No response from either of these people yet (3 days later). I want this matter resolved but clearly these people don't care about the inconvenience they put others through. I also saw a lot of complaints from others here on hellopeter and every time they receive the same response.
