THEO LOUW - WHAT A DISGRACE

I usually deal with a friendly consultant at Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys and I have been paying my account every month.

a Rude, arrogant Mr THEO LOUW phoned this morning and regardless of the merits, he is rude, disrespectful, scourging and out to add the maximum allowed fees to your account - just like that. Before the call I owed 19 grand something, after the call I am owing R25 grand+.

In addition to this, he want to add more and more fees, quoting:

"A tracer has been instructed cot to be added to your account The full outstanding plus legal fees, amount will be requested in order to pend legal action"

I have no issue with Groenewald Lubbe as a business - in fact, my experience is quite pleasant. Well, used to be, at least.

This guy is trying to ruin me now in every possible way.

This is not about having a "touch" to work with customers - this is rather a case of an disturbed person trying to make a point by kicking a choking person on the ground and feeling proud if it.
