The worst service possible from Groenewald Lubbe

i have asked Groenewald lubbe to reduce my payment for this month and Zunaya Hassim (responded )that she cant reduce my payment and threatening me with summons and judgements. i heard and saw many complaints addressed to this company ( Groenewald Lubbe ) but now i am experiencing it first hand.
