Telephone and sms charges are pathetic!!!!!!

<p>Firstly i had a debit order set up and i have asked GLA to remove the debit order because the payment was going off my account before my salary comes in and therefore i had to pay extra bank charges per month. Secondly after removing the debit order my cell phone got ****** and i couldnt make payment due to Capitecs banking system that works with a cell phone. I checked my statement and discovered i pay R20 for a email and R15 for a missed call... to me that is pathetic, so every month after paying my account i receive an email stating they received payment and that email cost me R20??? , my account will never be settled if this continues, Im paying GLA's fees only im not touching what i owe and i feel that is unfair.</p> <p> </p> <p>today i received an sms saying my assets will be removed, i find this very upsetting ive been paying this account for years without skipping a payment, last month was the first time due to my cell phone being ******. and now i have to pay 10% of what i owe, so what is the point of making an arragement then???</p>
