Summons threat when accounts in order

3 days and 3 emails later to your company - still no response or explanation of your threat to issue a summon's when the account is up to date - oh and has been for months. Typical.

Have been fighting for a year to get an answer regarding another query. Clearly there are some ethical and morality issues in your company - and people don't like to do their jobs.

This is truly an utterly disappointing service and company who seems to thrive off causing individuals stress and anxiety with undue cause. Not acceptable.

And it appears that my complaint is not the first - go down the list and all of them are of a similar nature for the same issues.

DAC 39503. Get this sorted out ASAP.
