Summons taken in my absense whils account is being debited on a monthly basis DCDO 2767

Received an e mail from GLA's Theo Louw today regarding an account that was no longer under debt review with attachments. To my horror and disgust I find that they took judgement against me while the account DCDO 1719 was being paid monthly by debit order by myself seeing that it was not included under debt review. These people have no regard for the law they seem to be above it the way that they treat the public. My other account DCDO 2767 was included in my debt review and debt review judgement was granted 27/01/2017 but they had obtained judgement behind my and the debt councillors backs 17/08/2016 after they were in contact with the debt councillors and declined to opt out and the first court date for debt review was the 15/04/2016. These people don't know why some people got into this situation and I pray that they do not one day end up in this situation. Please can I have feedback?
