STILL NO RESPONSE...2nd Hello Peter Complaint & 10th Written Complaint

On 30 October 2019 I posted a complaint. I received a response on 31 October stating, the matter will be investigated. I guess that was an automated response that had no merit because to date I have received no correspondence on the matter. Instead I get calls from your useless call center people about payment dates. The lady did not even read the file before calling. I took her call as an opportunity to once again voice my complaints. She actually stated that FNB has instructed GLA on how to bill the interest and GLA only charges legal and admin fees. I find this hard to believe because that would mean that FNB are acting in contravention of the NCA and against FSCA rules. The lady also advised that she would escalate the matter and get Patrick to call me to clarify the details. Patrick has not called! Your total ignorance on this matter once again proves your incompetence and ********* behavior. Thank you!
