Sick of this unprofessional EDC

I had my FNB loan account information shared with a third party. This company ran a campaign on wrong numbers yet my profile had all my details from FNB and they were able to call the right number. I escalated the matter but I never received any formal apology but was told to just pay my account and my concern that led to my cousin fighting with me because of the message that was sent to his phone and the call attempts.

As soon as I escalated the matter to FNB this company never contacted me again since from February. And today a threatening message about summons and forcing me to confirm my details on the message sent to my phone.

I called and one of the ladies I was put through became impatient when I asked questions about the SMS and the history of the account then she put the phone down. I would have been done paying my account but this sick company delays the process so they can charge fees.
