sick of being threatened

Please find correspondence regarding my account with yourselves. besides this attachment, Mr. L. Williams sent me a text saying he is going to double my debit orders. no explanation. This man has done nothing but harasses me. We agree on an R10 to be added on to my payments making them R70 each Then I get an SMS threatening me with him looking into my personal account to see what money I get. Who does he think he is. He can't go into my personal account without my permission. He agreed to the R10 increase then he debits my account in the middle of the month without my knowledge. please help me. I don't want to deal with this man. I find him rude and condescending. Surely there are other people in that department. I used to deal with Janine and a while ago with Linda Pillay. please please take my accounts away from him. I have been paying for a long time and never had a problem until he stuck his nose in. I am extremely ill and all he does is upset me and then I land up in hospital. I can send you proof of my illnesses. and I am 65 years old unemployed and get a government pension. I just received really bad news on my birthday 17/12 I am going blind. I am in Stage 4 proliferative diabetic retinopathy

Today I get an SMS now about 5 min ago. Again threatening me and I have paid my January debit orders His name is Mr. L. Williams in Legal with Greenwald and Lubbe.
