Shocking to say the least

They have not been paying and notifying FNB of my payments. I have set up a debit order with Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys regarding my credit card and have arranged a payment arrangement and it doesn't seem to be reflecting anywhere and this month my bank account has still not been debited which this is resulting in a bad credit next to my name. They are absolutely useless and I would like to deal with FNB directly and make payment that way.
