Settled account reappears on credit profile - this must be against the law!
Such unprofessional business. I was handed over to them by FNB. I settled the account with them and even got a settlement letter, they have now gone and listed me for the same account but under a new reference which is hurting my credit profile. Nobody gets back to me with clarity and I don't understand why a company affiliated with a big bank like FNB would treat clients in this manner.
