The biggest ******** EVER!!! Just when I made my last payment last month, I was shocked to find that R1750 was mysteriously added to my account. I received an sms to contact Merilyn Frankis, finally got ahold of her after trying countless times. She tells me she's new and the account had just been handed over to her, she'll find out what the issue is....and then no feedback, tried again, same story...NOTHING. And for some suspicious reason, we can't even view our statements online. I've been requesting for mine...NOTHING!! No response!!! I'm so gatvol, I'm escalating this to the ombudsman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
