Rude, Unprofessional Agent busy with ********** claims????

These people are claiming payment for an FNB account which is being paid off at different attorneys for 3 years already? How is it possible for 2 different companies to enforce payment for the same account? All details have been forwarded before and no action to correct it was done by Groenewald Lubbe. The extremely rude consultant shouted that a warrant will be issued shortly and then hang up.......... This is unacceptable behaviour which is a sign of incompetence - why couldnt the agent just stay calm and listen and then react in a decent, human way????? Dont they want results? Instead they yell at you and cut the line???? Unprofessional, rude, no respect, and worst of all - ineffective!
